Starting with a 2022 Ram 3500 Laramie Night Edition Dually and the different trims that you can get when it comes to the Ram 3500 is just like any other Ram, whether it is the Ram 2500s or the Ram 1500s you can get the Tradesman Bighorn Laramie, the Limited Longhorn or the Limited. If you are thinking of the Dually Option, you will have to go with the bigger bed, being an eight-foot box.
When it comes to the Ram 3500 Laramie, in general, the standard safety features that you'll get with that truck is your park sense front and rear park assist, if you want more safety features for the Laramie then you'll have to pick the Safety Group B Package.
Typically, a Laramie would have chrome bumpers, front and rear, even your chrome grille and all your badging, along with two front tow hooks which are standard with the Laramies'. The Night Edition Laramie Package has everything "blacked out," the body color, bumpers, there's no chrome whatsoever. You have your park sense front and rear park assist system, your whole grill area is blacked out and because this has the Night Edition Package your grille surround will be in body color.
If you get the Towing Technology Group B Package, right under your Ram badging you will have a front facing camera and that's because this truck will have the surround view camera system. As for your beautiful headlights on the Ram Laramie, these are your led reflector headlamps, these headlights just complement the Laramie perfectly!
The Ram Laramie is a massive truck, the road presence on this truck is just something else, your wheels are typically standard, on a Laramie you're going to get 18-inch polished aluminum wheels but if you add on the night edition package those 18-inch wheels will turn into 20-inch black aluminum wheels but then when you add the Dually Package these will be your 17-inch wheels and they're only black because of the Night Edition Package. If its not the Night Edition there will be aluminum chrome finish.
To the rear of the Ram 3500, just like the front with the Night Edition Package, you also get your rear body color bumper, your rear sensors built in and your hitch in the center. Right above that is all your plugs and wiring for your trailer needs. Your Ram Laramie Head Logo and your 4x4 badging is also blacked out due to the Night Edition Package. Without the Night Edition, these would be in chrome.
The Ram Laramie does not have your spray and bed liner; however, you can get it from the factory or even after but what this truck does have is your optional led bed lighting and then you have your plugs in the bed.
Other available Options are your Fifth Wheel or Gooseneck Towing Prep Group for the Ram 3500, you do get leather seats that are amazing and the seats, just like on the door trim, also have bits and pieces of the cloth trim. With these particular seats and because this truck has the Laramie Level B Equipment Group, your rear seats are heated, your rear passengers will be super happy! Heading into the front of the Ram 3500 Laramie, it is full leather. Not only are they heated seats, but they're also ventilated seats. A standard Laramie will come with bench seating therefore it does not have a center console.
The Ram Laramie also has different interior color options that you can choose, you can either get the black on black or you can get the mountain brown with the light frost beige 12 -inch touchscreen, a ton of gloss black around it, this is an available option, typically you would only get the 8.4 inch touchscreen on the Ram Laramie.
You have your off-road pages, so if you go on the off-road tab and click the off-road image, you can see all the different information about your Laramie, your vehicle dynamics, you can see your steering angle altitude and all of that good stuff, you have your accessory gauges, where you see oil pressures, your pitch and roll, so if you do decide to go whether it be on a work site off-road or whatever it is, you can see your pitch and your roll. Plus, not only do you have your typical dimmable mirror but because this Ram truck has your Tow Mode Digital Rear View Mirror Package, you can also turn this into a digital rear view mirror.
The power behind the Ram Laramie monster is its 6.7-liter Cummins Turbocharged Diesel engine, this is going to give you 370 horsepower with 850-foot pound of torque also depending on how you spec out your Ram 3500 because with this particular 6.7-liter Cummins Turbocharged Diesel engine, your towing capacity will be about 20 000 pounds with a payload of a little over 3 100 pounds!
